Normal servos can only do about half a turn. They definitely can't do a full turn, and they absolutely can't turn indefinitely in one direction. So what do you do if you need more freedom but still want the position control of a servo?
That's what REVO is for. REVO works just like a normal servo with one huge exception. There are no limits on how far it can turn. None. Zero. It can turn a full 360 degrees and then keep going in that direction forever (if that's what you want), all while maintaining full 360 degree position control.
This is not like a stepper motor, which only knows how far it has turned from its starting position. REVO always knows exactly where it's pointing and is ready to go as soon as you turn it on. REVO is NOT what is referred to as a "continuous servo", which does not have position control capability. Continuous servos are simply motors with built-in (open-loop) speed controllers.

Features
-
full 360 degree position control and range of motion
-
capable of continuous rotation in both directions, indefinitely
-
absolute position feedback means it knows exactly where it's pointing as soon as you turn it on
-
standard 3-wire servo connector
-
works with standard servo signal
